the whole afternoon till night was spent at MS. lol, don't ask what we did there. we walked around aimlessly as we talked and walked and talked and.. walked.
dinner at Pizza Hut. we had a bday song playing and Cori and Kenneth sponsered cake from Secret Recipe. ha, thanks alot. but SIAN. again like Serene's bday, never get to smash cake. ):
i left earlier cos my dad was making a bloody big fuss on us not bonding anymore, so i rushed home all the way and surprisingly, the MRT wasn't crowded at all.
and you now what, this might sound weird.. but i think i like taking public transports more and more.
the society has changed for the better man!
here's a good example of what happened this morning.
i was late this morning for 50th; and i was still at my house bus stop at 9.05, when i was suppose to reach school by 9. (yes okay i woke up late.)
i had only five bucks in my wallet, and i thought it would be enough to flag a cab to reach school not so late so Ms Tan won't screw me.. and so i flagged one.
after a while when i got onto the cab, i spoke to the uncle.
"uncle, 5 dollars enough to pay right?"
"aiyoh girl! now peak hour $2 plus $2.50 already $4.50 where got enough!"
"*PANICMOOD* huhhhh, NOW PEAK HOUR MEH?"
"hanna!"
"then uncle you drop me at that bus stop lah. *points to Siglap Centre bus stop* sorry leh uncle."
he paused for awhile, and went on..
"you're late ah girl?"
"yeah, super late."
paused again..
"okay lah, nvm i off the thing you pay me 5 dollars can already."
